The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), located at MacDill AFB, FL intends to issue a firm-fixed price commercial items Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity type contract for Rolls-Royce T56-A-14 Aircraft Engine Maintenance, Technical and Training Services. The period of performance will be a base year and four option years. It is intended that a contract award will be issued by July 30, 2009.
