- 100 PERCENT HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. This project consists of a culvert replacement on National Forest System Road #474 (NFSR) near Cascade, Idaho, at Bear Creek. Major items of work include: structure excavation and backfill; culvert removal; clearing and grubbing; furnish and install a multi-plate arch with precast concrete footings; furnish and place surface course aggregate, riprap, streambed simulation rock; and seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. The project site is located on the Cascade Ranger District, Boise National Forest, Valley County, Idaho. The Bear Creek site is on National Forest System Road (NFSR) #474 at Milepost 2.9. From Boise, take State Highway 55 to Cascade, take a right on Warm Lake Hwy, follow for approximately 23 miles to MP 56.9, take a right on NFSR #474 and follow for 2.9 miles to the work site. Estimated start date is June 15, 2009. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
