Description

Revised solicitation package - attachement to amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 is issued to change solicitation from Indefinite quantity contract (IQC) to a definite quantity procurement. Closing has been re-established to be 1 MAY 09. All references to Indefinite quantity contracts, delivery orders and options related to long term contracts, including clauses are removed from the solicitation. The following terms now apply: Soslicitation quantity PRLI 0001 is 175 each, to stock New Cumberland, PA 17070. FOB Destination, Inpsection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery 270 DARO. Solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The original solicitation was referenced as SBSA in error. The option has been removed and Surge is no longer required. The item description remains unchanged and is in accordance with Sikorsky P/N 65311-03013-104 Revf J dated 111-8-92. The approved sources of supply are Transdigm CAGE 04638 and Triumph Controls CAGE 78710. DSCR does not have drawings available. The item is export control restricted and awardee must have JCP certification. Due to numerous clause changes, the solicitation has been reprinted with new terms and clauses and is made an attachment to this amendment. ALL OFFERORS MUST RESUBMIT THEIR OFFERS ON THE ATTACHMENT AND RETURN WITH A SIGNED COPY OF THE AMENDMENT. POC is now Anne Mastrincola, DSCR-FADC, 804-279-5242.
