- Idaho statewide service contract act wage determination Solicitation Cover sheet The USDA Forest Service intends to award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the requirement of an Instream Flow Measurement and Analysis Services. Firm fixed orders / calls may be executed under this BPA. There’s a potential for more than one award. Solicitation number AG-84N8-S-09-0041 will close for receipt of offers on 11 May 2009. The purpose of this requirement is for collecting field measurements, providing a technical report that details the data collection methodology, site characteristics, summary of habitat mapping, and flow to habitat relationships, delivering the data including all associated field notes, photos, videos, and electronic data via a CD/DVD or other appropriate electronic media, and be available to answer questions relating to the study and field data collected as a part of this project.
