Description

The USDA Forest Service (FS) is interested in leasing approximately 6,000 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 4,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to the maximum of 5,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional, surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and sidewalks shall be well maintained. The FS requires 40 parking spaces for fleet, employee, and visitor parking. A minimum of 14 of the 40 spaces shall be secured and lit in accordance with the security section. The lease term is for 10 years. The FS may terminate this lease in whole or in part after the first five years on a 30 days written notice. The Government is looking to occupy the space by January 1, 2010.
