- DELL specifications for CLIN 0010 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VWCG9099A001. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Any Or Equal proposal received will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility or functionality. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. All interested parties must bid on all items. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable. When providing Cisco brand, Cisco certification/specialization requirements must be met. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box. The Vendor confirms to have sourced all CISCO products submitted in this offer from Cisco or through Cisco Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current CISCO's applicable policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide Buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement and shall warrant that all CISCO software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licenses authorized to use the Cisco Software.
