Wage Determination Auto Shop and BPWC Drawings Special Project Specifications Offerors Return Package Solicitation The Deschutes National Forest Auto Shop and Bend Pine Work Center is in need of removal and disposing of electrical components inside two septic lift stations located on two separate facility sites. New construction includes installing a new electrical enclosure adjacent to each lift station with new floats, junction boxes for float control wires, and new pump plugs and receptacles. A new conduit will also be installed between each control panel and lift station for float control wires. No prebid conference is scheduled. PROJECT LOCATION The lift stations in this project are located on Deschutes National Forest land, in the city of Bend, Oregon. The two lift stations are located at the following addresses: Deschutes National Forest Autoshop 75 SE Scott Street Bend, OR 97702 Bend Pine Work Center 63095 Deschutes Market Road Bend, OR 97701 The Governments estimate is between $25,000 to $100,000. This an emerging small business set aside. The emerging small business size standard is $16.75 million under NAICS code 237110.
