Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Beam Assy, Deflector, use on a Galaxy C-5. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This requirement is coded 1G, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 1560-00-241-0992 base year EAQ: 144 each – option year EAQ: 144 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; 455 days ARO including 90 days for the FAT, 245 days for Evaluation and 120 days for Production. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. THE SOLICITAITON ISSUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT MAY 4, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
