- NSN 5998-01-413-9274, PR #0020951489 and #0021589434, Electronic Component. This requirement is for a total quantity of 19. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). First Article Testing is not required. Approved sources are: Lockheed (04939) P/N 717769420-009 and Custom Manufacturing (08LA6) P/N 717769420-009. Estimated delivery is 250 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin, FOB to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation contains 100% option for increased quantities. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of May 5, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
