Description

The contractor will be responsible for, and shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the floor tile and all existing mastic. The contractor will also clean and level the floor. The contractor will be responsible for removing the wall between two rooms, relocating all electrical and data wiring, and patching and painting the walls. Wall color, style, and finish will be determined at a later time. The contractor will be required to obtain GSA security clearance for all individuals working on site. If you are interested in bidding this project, respond by email NO LATER THAN May 1, 2009 to shawn.starostka@gsa.gov with your company name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number, and DUNS number. Proposal packages will be sent to interested parties after that date. All proposals submitted must allow 60 days for GSA acceptance. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11, all contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certification (ORCA) before having their bid evaluated.
