Description: The Rapid Equipping Force (REF) has a requirement for 50 B.E. Meyers GLARE Mout lasers or equal and 50 each Glare Mout or equal kits and intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91CRB-09-T-0082 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 33314 with a small business size standard of 500. A firm fixed price type award is anticipated. All quotes are to be for brand new items, quotes for used, re-furbished, etc. items will not be accepted. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 50 B.E. Meyers GLARE Mout (Item 532P-M-KIT) long range visual deterrent laser or equal CLIN 0002 Shipping Charges Required delivery is forty-five (45) days after receipt of order. Delivery terms are FOB Destination to U.S. Army, Rapid Equipping Force, ATTN: Gabriel Duncan, 5961 Putman Road, Bldg 335, Fort Belvoir VA 22060. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation of Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be provided with offer.
