Description

The 96 Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a transponder and its related accessories under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Reference number F1T0DD9092AG01. Anticipated award date is 30 April 2009. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (01 each) Gyroscope, single axis mems. Negative 20 degrees celsius to positive 70 degrees celsius. This item must be delivered to: 46 Test Wing, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 6 months after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334413, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
