Description

Lease/Rental and Maintenance of copier equipment, (20 analog, 180 digital) which produce 8 million copies annually. Quantities will change throughout term of contract. This is for large copier equipment such as Oce Im4511, IM3511 and IM 2520. Seller will be required to Replace this equipment with equivalent as the current lease/rental term ends. Contract to be in place from 3 to 5 years. Technicians to be familiar with all types of copier equipment. More than one technician will be required. Maintenance expected within 24 hours of call and will include moving of equpment from one facility to another. May require security clearance. Largest area of performance; Las Vegas and Mercury Nevada. Other areas that will require some service will be California, New Mexico and Maryland. Others may be added. Potential offerors shall provide evidence of ability to perform the work.
