Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 22,282 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Area to yield a minimum of 19,897 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable Square Feet) of Class A office and related use space along with 57 secured parking spaces in Yakima, Washington. The Delineated Area is: CBD of Yakima, WA The proposed lease is for twenty years, ten years firm and should be fully serviced. The Government will consider sites for a new construction project with a set-back requirement of 100 feet. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2011. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
