Answer: Billing will be at the end of each month. 5. Can I locate a leasing company with a competitive price for the forklifts and submit the RFQ through my business, which is a sub-contract? I'm unsure if you need to deal directly with the company that owns the forklifts or not. Answer: The Government will deal directly with the company that submitted the quote / company listed on the award. 6. We had placed a quote on the original RFQ,W911RZ-09-T-0095,for these boom lifts in March. I see that Quote was canceled. Was it because the company that Quoted the boom lift did not Quote the correct type of Boom Lift? Answer: This requirement was re-solicited due to unclear specifications of the forklift. 7. After reading the requirements on the Gradall boom lift, I'm at a loss as no one in the industry believes that type of unit is available with a 4 ft,side by side, rotating carriage. Can you please check to make sure that the spec's are correct. My company owns many forklifts and I've never seen a late model boomlift with a carriage that rotates side to side. the model listed which is Gradall #544D10-54. All models that we own and I've seen in the current Market have a hydraulic leveling carriage,up & down, including the Gradall #544D10-54. Please advise.
