- NSN: 5342-01-466-6280. End Item Application: TRUCK, VEHICLE SYSTEM, 1 1/4-TON (HMMWV) This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Bracket Engine, Accessory. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is a 1G item, in accordance with Drawing NR 19207 12460502. Export Control Applies. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) as follows: Base Year EAQ: 4,404 each, Option Year EAQ: 4,404 each. Delivery: 88 Days, ARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 12 May 2009. The anticipated award date is 12 October 2009. Other than full and open competition applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
