- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis the following items from GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms Embedded Systems, 12090 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35803-3308: Item 1, a quantity of eight (8), Part Number: VMIVME-7810-334, Dual Slot, 6u VME Pentium M 1.8GHz SDRAM 2x 10/100/1000 Ethernet Ports; Item 2, a quantity of eight (8), Part Number: PMC234-R40, PM243 with Hitachi 4K40 40GB 4200RPM Drive; Item 3, a quantity of four (4), Part Number: No input filter, 16 channels high performance differential analog input channels with 96-pin nonlatching connector (latches are located on the cable); Item 4, a quantity of four (4), Part Number: VMIVME-000-96-00, 96-pin, flat conductor cable assembly - 4 ft. Only the specific items will meet the Government's requirements. NO SUBSTITUTIONS! SAP procedures shall be used in this procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13.. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334112 and the small business size is 1000 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed price purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. FOB destination shall apply. Delivery to NSWCDD, Dahlgren, Virginia shall occur on or before 26 June 2009.
