Description

AFDW/A7KS, Langley AFB, VA, intends to award a competitive contract using Full and Open Competitive Procedures for Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) for Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System Operational and Technical Support. The contractor shall provide expertise to assist in the Operational and Technical Assessment and Analysis of C2ISR system requirements, modernization strategies, operational and technical architectures, software development processes, technical program documentation, acquisition proposal preparation and evaluation, training systems and staff support efforts. We anticipate the award of Firm-Fixed Price contract with one-one year Base Period with two one-year Options. The anticipated Period of Performance for the Base Period is 24 Jul 09 through 23Jul 10.
