- Description
- The Northern Rockies, which includes North Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and portions of South Dakota, intends to solicit for mobile laundry units, for the purpose of wildland firefighting, all risk incident and severity support. In order to receive an Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (I-BPA), formerly known as an Emergency Equipment Rental Agreement (EERA), vendors must respond to this solicitation through VIPR (Virtual Incident PRocurement), meet the requirements of the solicitation, and offer a reasonable price. I-BPAs awarded as a result of this solicitation will be three year agreements. To be considered for award, vendors must maintain a current registration in the Central Contractors Registration System: http://www.ccr.gov. This is a HUBZone and small business set-aside. The method of award and establishment of the priority dispatch list will utilize a cascade set-aside procedure which includes set aside requirements for HUBZone first followed by small business concerns. This solicitation will only be available electronically by downloading, i.e. saving to your computer, from FBO and will not be available in hardcopy. The downloaded document will appear as a one page document with attachments.
