- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to increase the ceiling to the existing Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract, N00164-07-D-P801, that was awarded to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), 12450 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA in December 2007. The contract supports ICAD upgrades to the AN/SLQ-32 countermeasure system in accordance with the original Statement of Work in Section C of the contract. Task orders will continue to be issued on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. GDAIS retains SBIR data rights protection originally afforded by contract N00164-03-C-6015. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
