Description
NOTE** SOLICITATION NUMBER IS SPM4A709R0954. NSN: 1630-99-915-4695 PR IQC09098009046, This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one year options. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1630-99-915-4695, p/n AH091317, for AV-8B Aircraft, Piston Sub-Assembly, Critical Application Item, Configuration Control Item. The approved source is Dunlop Aerospace LTD/Meggitt Aircraft Braking System (1K1037). Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Origin, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract of an estimated annual demand 216 each for the base year and 216 for each of the four option years. This requirement is for a firm fixed buy with, Other than Full or Open (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
