- "RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT" Synopsis: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AWARDED TO A CONTRACTOR UNDER: GSA Information Technology Management Schedule (70) SIN 132-51, for U.S. Dept of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management. The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM) intends to issue a modification for existing Labor Hour delivery order #2008F_08142 for 5 months to provide additional grant management system user support for OAAM Grant Management Division, to provide training and technical assistance support for OJP's Community Partnership Grant Management System (CPGMS) to both internal (Federal staff and Federal contractors) and external users (OJP's grantee community). This expected overall increase in user volume is a direct result of the Recovery and Reinvestment Act activities. This modification will be done under the GSA Information Technology Management Schedule Contract (70), SIN 132-51. To accomplish these tasks and support, the following is required: Additional One (1 ½) full-time Application specialists and increase (1) Project Manager to a full time position: Specific Tasks: Personnel should be versatile for assignment to one or more of the following tasks: • Assistance for GMS issues escalated from the GMS Helpdesk; • Answering GMS questions from internal staff • Analyzing system issues to determine an appropriate form of resolution • Developing recommendation for improved system functionality by developing an Information System Statement of Need (ISSN) • Analyzing Data Change Requests (DCR) • Managing the processing of the DCR requests • Act as peer review point of contact for GMS issues or problem
