**CORRECTION TO RESPONSE DATE - ORIGINAL NOTICE POSTED 15-APR-09** The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, on behalf of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, intends to negotiate a five month extension to contract W81XWH-08-P-0876 with Freda L. Krosnick, Patent Attorney in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The competitive procurement for on-site patent legal consultative services at Fort Detrick, MD will be released on or about June 12th. The intent is to make a sole source award pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document exists. Questions can be directed to Contract Specialist, Kathryn McCune, at kathryn.mccune@us.army.mil. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no responses are received by 29-Apr-09, USAMRAA will proceed with the award.
