- Prequalification Process Package The U. S. Postal Service is considering potential suppliers for its Electric Vehicle (EV) conversion of Long Life Vehicles (LLVs). The USPS intends to prequalify suppliers that can meet the requirements identified in the Presolicitation Process Package. The prequalification process does not constitute an assurance that a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for this testing. However, when or if an RFP is issued, it will only be provided to suppliers on the prequalification list. The Prequalification document can be downloaded on www.fedbizopps.gov. Any questions or requests for information can be forwarded to kathleen.burt@usps.gov. Submission is due by Close of Business May 29, 2009.
