- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) CONTRACT NUMBER FA9301-04-D-0025. Contractor: Ace Engineering, Inc. 1800 Wright Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750-5824. It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award firm-fixed price task orders to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California. CA070013 (Modification 13) dated 11/23/2007 and CA070031 (Modification 17) dated 11/23/2007 will prevail. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 236220 and the annual size standard is $28.5 million. FSPM081429A - Repair Lighting Building, B1199 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished at Edwards AFB for upgrade existing fully functional interior lighting system to a fully functional energy efficient lighting system in Building B1199. The design build work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to replacing all lamps, ballasts in existing interior fluorescent light fixtures, in the building and to provide and install new controls in office areas, rest rooms and mechanical rooms to shut off the lights during un-occupied periods in the area. The work will include demolition and disposal of light fixtures, lamps and ballasts, and other accessories. FSPM081429C - Repair Lighting Building, B1642 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished at Edwards AFB for upgrade existing fully functional interior lighting system to a fully functional energy efficient lighting system in Building B1642. The design build work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to replace existing interior light fixtures, ballasts, lamps and control inside the building with new energy efficient fluorescent light fixtures, ballasts, lamps and controls. The work will include demolition and disposal of light fixtures, lamps, ballasts, and other accessories.
