Proposed Solicitation Number: W9126G-09-T-0019, this is the solicitation number, and the Justification and Approval Control Number is of SWF09-24. Description: The proposed contract action is for supplies and services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested companies shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1) Company Name, 2) Address, 3) Point of Contact information with telephone number and email address, 4) Cage Code, 5) Capabilities information/statement showing that the company has the ability to fulfill the Government requirement as described herein. The contractor shall be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable. This project is for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, for Due to the wide spread use of the DECODES software suite in many government agencies, it is desirable that a mechanism exist to allow easy conversation between the two databases. The scope of his contract will be to develop two database interface modules. One module is to allow the DataWise database to be ingested by the DataWise database. The other is to allow the DECODES database to be exported to a DECODES database. These two modules will allow station information (including data decoding methods) to be easily exchanged between agencies running the DECODES software and those running DataWise, at the Reservoir Control Section of Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Texas. The Request for Quotation Control Number is W9126G-09-T-0019. This notice of intent to award a sole source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 541511, Customer Computer Programming Services contractors.
