- Amendment 0002 Question and Answers Amendment 0001 - Corrected Page 2 Amendment 0002, SP3100-09-R-0010, Revised April 24, 2009 1. Solicitation SP3100-09-R-0010 is amended as follows: a. Under SECTION B - SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES CLIN X008, change the descriptions for each Labor Category. b. Under Section I – CONTRACT CLAUSES- Update DDC Clause 52.222-9W29. c. Under Section L – INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS, update the tables for CLIN X008, to change the descriptions and quantities for each Labor Category. d. Volume V – COST/PRICE PROPOSAL (c) -Additional cost breakdown information – Delete the requirement for the name to be provided for each individual proposed. e. Volume V – COST PROPOSAL SUMMARY-Additional cost breakdown information – Delete “Government Provided” from the second column for CLINs X004, X005, X006, and X007. Also, instructions on completion of the tables have been updated. f. Delete the profit value identified in teh summary FPIF table. The above changes are hereby incorporated into solicitation SP3100-09-R-0010. The revised solicitation is included as an attachment to this amendment and is identified as “Amendment 0002, SP3100-09-R-0010, Revised April 24, 2009” in the header. Changes in the solicitation are marked with a line in the right margin. 2. The corrected page 2 from Amendment 0001 is attached. 3. Questions and Answers attached to this posting are hereby incorporated into this amendment. 4. Additional Information from the site visit is as follows: •Buildings 162, 163, and 164 are scheduled to be re-roofed. •Restrooms in all the warehouses throughout the depot are schedule to be refurbished. The renovations are an ongoing effort with the Army Corp of Engineers.
