Description

The 842nd/CONF/LGC of the Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB) intends to issue a sole-source procurement to the incumbent contractor Mix'd Green LLC to extend the period of performance of the current contract by six months (01-May-2009 to 31-Oct-2009) for the Airfield and Wetlands grounds maintenance. This action is required to allow the government sufficient time to revise a new consolidated Statement of Work (SOW), advertise the solicitation, evaluate proposals and execute the award for this service. This is being conducted using procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.
