Description

This announcement, and the information attached herein, constitutes the announcement of Requests for Proposals (RFP) ED-FSA-09-R-0009 in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.203. Federal Student Aid wishes to acquire innovative, cost effective, and efficient information technology solutions for meeting its mission. It is the intent to use this total small business set aside solicitation to establish multiple-award, performance-based, IDIQ contracts that will compete for discrete life-cycle tasks within a system or application development program. Further details of the Government’s requirement, submission requirements, evaluation factors, terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract, and other items as required by FAR Subpart 5.203, are included in the RFP documents. Note: a Draft RFP ED-FSA-09-R-0009 has been published on FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=procurement&mode=form&tab=step1&id=80ad3629c5709c1f9bf649b41ec95dd2&tab=ntype&_cview=0 The proposal due date is Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at 2:00PM local Washington, D.C. time.
