- Scope of work and site drawings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for an expansion project for two classrooms in Bldg. 127 in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and site drawings located on board USCG Training Center in Petaluma, CA. A site visit is scheduled for April 30, 2009 at 10:00AM. Attendance for all interested bidders is highly encouraged and recommended.
