- ITEM 0001: NSN: 4920-01-143-1115RN, Part Number 13A09000-001, Test Stand, Hydraulic is a specialty stand that teststhe brakes on a B-1B aircraft. This item is peculiar to the B-1B. This equipment is designed to ensure proper bleeding and correct brake system checkout under several different operating conditions and parameters. Requirement is for two (2) eachin the basic year, and 2 Option Periods, 1-2 each. Option I is valid for 365 days; and Option II is valid for 730 days. Materials: Steel. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for basic quantity is FE4690 and is due 210 days ARO Contract. Delivery of options is 210 days after exercise of options. Location to be determined. ITEM 0002: Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR), Technical Manuals (TOs) in support of Test Stand, Hydraulic,NSN: 4920-01-143-1115. DELIVERY-ITEM 0002: Place of delivery for Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) is IAW DD Form 1423-1,which will be available online when RFP is posted. Technical Manual Previews are due 30 days ARO contract. Final Technical Manual is due 45 days prior to delivery of Test Stand, Hydraulic. Drawings will be made available online when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFP issue date will be 11 May 2009; proposals are due 10 Jun 2009. Electronicprocedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions containedin the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordancewith the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEWRATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is a small-business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, orquotation which shall be considered by the agency.All questions regarding the RFP and /or thedata packages must be submitted in writing to Jarteau.hodges@robins.af.mil with copy to Dawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil.
