- The AGE Performance Work Statement (PWS) is the listing of required services under any established agreement. The contractor will need to create a plan to meet the service requirements in the PWS. The schedule is a list of AGE units that will be covered under any established agreement. This document provides additional information for any company interested in this requirement. Please review. Technical Order (TO) 35-1-3, Corrosion Prevention and Control, Cleaning, Painting, and marking of USAF Support Equipment (SE). This TO is applicable to this requirement and must be consideredin the Quality Control Plan. Technical Order (TO) 1-1-8, Application and Removal of Organic Coatings, Aerospace and Non-Aerospace Equipment. This TO is applicable to this requirement and must be considered in the Quality Control Plan. Technical Order (TO) 1-1-691, Cleaning and Corrosion Prevention and Control, Aerospace and Non-Aerospace Equipment. This TO is applicable to this requirement and must be considered in the Quality Control Plan. The United States Government is interested in establishing two or more Blanket Purchase Agreements for a five year period to satisfy the protective coatings requirement of the United States Air Force Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) at Incirlik Air Base. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment/materials (except items identified as Government Furnished Equipment / Material), management, supervision, and transportation (to and from Incirlik Air Base) required to prepare and paint Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) listed in the Schedule. The contractor will be provided with a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will state standards and basic requirements. The contractor will be required to submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) detailing how they propose to meet the requirement described by the PWS and applicable Technical Orders. The QCP will be evaluated along with the per schedule item price prior to establishment of any agreements. Pricing can be revised once each year
