Description

NSN 5995-00-3661575, PR number IQC09112009033, wiring harness used on the OH-58D Observation Helicopter. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 37, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 147, Max Contract Qty per year is 293. Orders are to be shipped within 127 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Approved source is Contract Fabrication and Design, CAGE 0DZR6, P/N 5000-A601-002. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is May 13, 2009 with a closing date of June 15, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
