Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE PAVING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT AT AIR FORCE RESEARCH LABORATORY ROME RESEARCH SITE. The first delivery order to be issued under the anticipated contract FA8751-09-D-0003 will be to Repair Access Road, Newport NY (ULDF 09-0007). The scope of the work is to repair road and pavement shoulders connecting 2 sites and to replace the sewer line from Bldg 1624. Work includes repairing asphalt and base course; repairing, regrading, and stabilizing shoulders; overlaying the roadway with new asphalt; saw cutting pavement; removing sewer line; providing and installing new sewer line and bedding; and providing and installing new base course and asphalt paving. The contract awardee will be determined after evaluation of proposals received in response to Request for Proposals FA8751-09-R-0006.
