- NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to install 35 (12ft x 40ft) billeting relocatable building (RLB) at Isa Air Base, Kingdom of Bahrain. Each RLB shall have the capacity and capability to have four (4) separate rooms. The RLB shall come with a full two year warranty beginning the day of written acceptance by the Government. The contractor shall have experience on projects of similar size and scope of this requirement. The Contractor shall obtain all certifications necessary to conduct business in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Contractor shall comply with Isa Air Base access policies and regulations. A site visit is scheduled for 18 May 2009. Prospective offerors shall obtain temporary base access passes through the Contracting Officer Representative: MAJ Walters at anthony.walters@us.army.mil or CW4 Blake at michael.blake@us.army.mil. Prospective offerors shall provide names, contact information, vehichle information, photocopy of identification card, employee nationality and title or position by 5 May 2009. Prospective offerors shall allow a minimum of 14 days to process passes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423390. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 5039. Prospective offerors shall watch for the solicitation to be posted on or around 3 May 2009. The solicitation will describe the requirement, terms and conditions, and solicitation due date and time. It is contemplated that award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The successful offeror must have a valid Tax Identification Number (for United States companies only), DUNS Number, CAGE Code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be awarded a contract. This announcement is not the solicitation and quotes are not being requested at this time.
