Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the area bounded by Arch Street, 5th Street, Spruce Street and 8th Street in Philadelphia, PA. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government’s current lease in Philadelphia, PA is expiring. The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 17,375 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government also requires 1 structured parking space to be designated for use by the US Government. The Government is interested in considering an alternative space solution if deemed economically advantageous. The Government will consider the following list of factors when making the determination to relocate: the cost of moving, cost of alterations, and other financial impacts to the Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
