- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER REMEDIAL ACTION CONTRACT II (RAC II). CONTRACT NO. EP-S3-07-05. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 3 will be issuing a work assignment under the RACII contract to implement and support a significant portion of remedial action (RA) for the Standard Chlorine Superfund Site in accordance with the Remedial Design (RD) for Barrier Wall. The WA off of the RACII contract will initially be for $ 1 to 2 million. The Administrative Contracting Officer for the WA will be Mr. James Clark (215) 814-5198, clark.jim@epa.gov
