This modification #1 is to add additional information as follows: It is anticipated that one (1) award will be made from this solicitation and that the award will be made on or about May 22, 2009. The contractors will be determined by the overall technical evaluation scores of their proposals. The contract term will be May 30, 2009 through May 29, 2010 with options for four (4) successive one-year periods. Request for Proposals (RFP) NLM-09-086-UHP is now available. Request for RFP-NLM-09-086-UHP may be obtained by writing to the National Library of Medicine, Office of Acquisitions, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Suite 105, Bethesda, Maryland 20894-5488; Attention: Uyen H. Phuong, Contracting Officer. Emails is acceptable. Facsimiles WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the National Library of Medicine.
