Description

Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 28 Apr 2009. F-16 Multi-Task Trainer Engineering Support and On Site Technical Support. The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) requires upgrade of the F-16 MTT Simulators to meet the United States Air Force (USAF) DMO Standards and on-site technicians to help with the operation and maintenance of the F-16 MTT. The simulators will be located at Homestead ARB, FL and Ft Worth JRB, TX. The requirement calls for technicians to be located at each base identified above in addition to one technician at the contractor's facility. The contractor shall be able to study, analyze, develop, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing federal Government platforms, systems, subsystems and items. The anticipated period of performance will be for a basic year plus four out year options. An updated copy of the Performance Work Statement is attached. It is still a draft copy pending release of the official solicitation. The due date of the proposal will be 30 days after release of the solicitation. Request all questions be submitted via email to allow time to adequately respond.
