Description

This is the updated PWS as of 27 April 09. The sections that were updated are indicated by a bar line on the left-side page margin. Please review Amendment 4. This Amendment is in regards to the updated PWS. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. This notice of request is a notice of competitive proposals. Attached is the solicitation, amendment 1, amendment 2, reason for amendment 2, amendment 3, amendment 4 and Performance Work Statement. The most recent PWS is labeled (PWS Paint Stripping 20090427). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
