Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Agilent Technologies brand name equipment to include: three (3) Female 2.4 shorts (P/N 85056-60021), three (3) Type-N 50 Ohm Verification kits (P/N 85055A), one (1) Power Meter Rage Calibrator (P/N 11683A), one (1) Attenuator Switch Driver (P/N 11713B), one (1) Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator (P/N 33250A), one (1) Triple Output DC Power Supply (P/N E3631A), one (1) Single Output DC Power Supply (P/N E3634A), one (1) Type-N eCAL Module (P/N N4690B), five (5) Type-N Coaxial Attenuators (P/N 8491BOPT003), three (3) Slotless Adapters (P/N 85054-60031), three (3) Slotless Adapters (85054-60032) and (1) Manual Step Attenuator (P/N 8494BOPT001) on a limited competition basis among Agilent Technologies, Englewood, CO and its authorized Agilent distributors. These items shall be used to support the NAVAIR Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) program. The Government intends to procure the equipment listed above under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
