Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H9H82E04C05 and is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-32. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code and small business size standard are 532310 and $6.5M respectively. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: Internet and AV Equipment The contractor shall provide internet connections and AV equipment for the period 05/05 - 07, 2009, at Anaheim Marriott Hotel, 700 W. Convention Way, Ananheim, CA 92802 as follows: All outside audiovisual vendors must comply with the following restrictions and requirements in order to provide services to clients at the Anaheim Marriott: - All outside vendors are required to use Event Technology as the exclusive provider of rigging services. Additionally, vendor rigging plots must be submitted to the Event Technology Operations Manager for approval at least one week prior to the commencement of set up. - All outside vendors are required to submit floor plans to the Event Technology Operations Manager for approval by the local Fire Marshall at least one week prior to the commencement of set up. - All outside vendors are required to submit proof of liability/workers comp/vehicle insurance that meets the criteria set forth by the Anaheim Marriott.
