- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 11,950 rentable square feet in Twin Falls, ID. The space should yield 10,391 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require nine (9) secured parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within Twin Falls, ID as delineated area. The proposed lease is for twenty (20) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 16 th, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
