- RECOVERY: This is a Notice of Intent to award task order #9 under an existing Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to Unisys Corporation. This task order will be awarded in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS AWARDED THE GUARANTEED LOAN SYSTEM (GLS) MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER AG-31ME-C-07-0010 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - Phase I - Modify GLS to include the 28 new programs identified in the Stimulus package. Provide a direct interface between GLS and the Program Funds Control System for guaranteed loan obligation and disbursement of funds. Modify existing direct and guaranteed loan application and obligation web pages and create new web pages to accommodate the new data requirements for the new programs. Modify existing balancing and general ledger reports to accurately reflect the new direct and guaranteed loan programs which use GLS for data collection and accounting purposes. Develop new reports to support the user community in tracking these new funds that will not be utilizing the Program Loan Accounting System reporting processes. GLS Mandated Enhancements – Develop/modify GLS software and infrastructure to meet the legislative and mandated requirements. This includes modifying GLS web pages, blockmode pages, batch processes, modifying the FFATA process, interfacing with the Program Funds Control System for cash disbursements, and modifying and creating new reports as identified by the end users to satisfy the reporting transparency requirements by Congress. These efforts will be identified in the quarterly SRB and documented with Requests for Automation. Modify the Guaranteed Underwriting System interfaces for use by other systems. Also, modify the GLS borrower and facility address web pages (6 pages) to force multiple edits regarding the address, zip code and congressional district data captured on the se pages. Accuracy of this data is essential to accurate reporting to our public facing web sites. Priority of these efforts will be determined by the RD project managers expressed through the COTR. This task includes the modification of new job schedules utilizing CA-ESP. GLS Interfaces to PFCS and PLAS due to American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. – Conduct analysis of GLS modifications to determine the new data requirements for the file interfaces between GLS and PLAS and GLS to PFCS. Modify any impacted interfaces base on GLS/PLAS requirements to assure the integrity of GLS data in both the PLAS and GLS systems. Modify the Cash Tracking and General Ledger as necessary to assure all financial activity is accurately recorded.
