- IQC09033009015. End Item Application: N/A This solicitation will contain one NSN 5342-00-991-7240, for a Resilient Mount; Annual Estimated Quantity: 2,184 each, Max Year AEQ: 4,368 each. This is a 1G item. An unrestricted technical data package is available for this NSN. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Shelf life manufacturing restrictions. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 May 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
