Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into a sole source negotiations and subsequent award of a Firm Fixed Price task order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-05-G-0030 with Lockheed Martin Services Inc. Aircraft Logistics Center (LMALC), Greenville, SC. LMALC is the designer, developer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the C/KC-130 F/R/T In-Service Aircraft. LMALC retains the requisite knowledge, experience, technical capability and technical data required to meet the objective of this procurement. The scope of the effort includes component procurement, engineering support, receipt/handling/delivery, kit installation, test program management and data requirements to modify three (3) previously modified AFC-426 Government Furnished United States Navy/United States Marine Corps C/KC-130 F/R/T Aircraft to the final AFC-426 Amendment (1) Defense Electronic Counter Measures (DECM) configuration.
