Description
REQUIREMNT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency (FSA) Prowers County Office in Lamar, Colorado, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 7,450 usable square feet of Class A office space together with 70 on-site paved parking spaces. Preference will be given to first floor space. THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER A BUILD TO SUITE. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an areas bound on the North: by Crystal Street; East:: County Road 8.5: South: Sage Street, West: I4th Street. TERM: The term of the lease will be ten (10) years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy 9 months after award of lease. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. If buid to suite Location of site. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent. WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4: 00 PM ON May 22, 2009.
