Description
This sources sought notice is issued in an effort to conduct additional market research for information and planning purposes only. The Government is soliciting information to determine the availability of 8(a) firms capable of performing the services stated below: The requirement is to provide traffic safety lectures to personnel primarily assigned to but not limited to Marine Corps installations including Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; and Marine Corps Base Camp Butler- Okinawa, Japan. Travel to various Marine Corps and Navy installations to include overseas travel to Japan is expected. Traffic safety lectures must incorporate the most recent traffic fatality statistics for both the nation and the Marine Corps. The lecturer is expected to conduct lectures in such a manner that will most connect and positively affect traffic safety behavior, especially among the Marine Corps "at risk" population consisting of 18-25 year old male Marines. The goal of these lectures is to reduce the number of traffic mishaps. Lectures will take place in theater-like settings. It is estimated that 30 lectures per year will be required for the Marine Corps and 10 lectures per year for the Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC). !
