- IT Forensic Appliance Specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-09-Q-0005 This RFQ is for two IT Forensic appliances on a brand name or equal basis. If an or equal item is offered, Sufficient technical information must be provided with the quote showing that the offered product is equal to specifications listed. Appliances are to be NEW, not used or refurbished. Ship to location is listed below, please incorporate shipping costs into the offered price of the appliances.
