Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), intends to acquire a new only PerkinElmer AAnalyst 400 Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer or equivalent. The Beverage Alcohol Laboratory conducts routine analysis on sodium and potassium contents in alcoholic beverage samples using a Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. The results are used for protecting consumers, verifying the authenticities of alcoholic beverages, and for monitoring the standards of identity of alcoholic beverages sold to consumers. Interested offerors may register at http://fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
